Nancy Danio passed away peacefully on June 12, 2025, in Los Angeles, California, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on August 26, 1949, in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nancy had a heart that knew no bounds. She found joy in caring for dogs, working with horses, and spending time at the beach. Her kindness extended far beyond her passions, as she dedicated much of her life to helping others. Whether it was supporting veterans, comforting those in homeless shelters, uplifting battered women, or mentoring college students, Nancy's compassion and empathy were unwavering.

She worked at Emerson College, where her nurturing spirit made a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike. Her greatest source of pride, though, was her family.

She is survived by her daughters Michelle Noel and Melissa Danio, her grandchildren Stephanie Noel, Christine Noel, and Matthew Noel, her son-in-law David Noel, and her sister Carol Flebotte.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Dorothy Gustafson.

Nancy will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering care for others, and her belief in the power of compassion. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
